Refund policy

  1. Our Contract
    When you place a retail/consumer order via our website, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between RS ONE GROUP and you is formed only when we send you confirmation via email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched. Only those goods listed in the dispatch confirmation email will form part of the contract.

  2. Pricing and Availability
    (a) While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, we will correct it promptly.
    (b) Delivery costs are charged in addition and are clearly displayed where applicable, included in the "Total Cost."

  3. Payment
    Upon receiving your order, we conduct a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available for the transaction. Your card will be debited upon successful authorization. The funds received act as a deposit against the value of the goods. Once the goods have been dispatched and a confirmation email sent, the deposit will be applied to the goods' purchase value.

  4. Delivery of Goods
    Non-delivery of goods must be reported to us as soon as possible.

4.1 Australia
(a) Standard orders are delivered via RS ONE GROUP drivers or a courier service unless otherwise arranged prior to purchase.
(b) While we aim to deliver promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control, such as incorrect delivery information.
(c) Insurance is available at an additional cost. We do not cover loss of uninsured goods.
(d) For non-delivery, notify us via email as soon as possible.
(e) Delivery costs are stated in the Shopping Cart prior to checkout.

  1. Receipt of Goods
    (a) Inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Notify us within three days of receipt for any issues; otherwise, the goods will be deemed to meet all specified requirements.
    (b) Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply—see clause 7 for details.

  2. Refund & Returns Policy
    Refunds or replacements are not provided for change-of-mind purchases but may be offered if the item:
    (a) Has a defect that would have prevented purchase if known;
    (b) Is unsafe;
    (c) Differs significantly from its description; or
    (d) Does not perform as promised.
    For minor issues, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. Proof of purchase is required.

  1. Limitation on Claims
    (a) We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or industrial action.
    (b) Liability for consumer guarantee failures is limited to replacement, repair, or refund as outlined in the Australian Consumer Law.
    (c) We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages except for personal injuries.

  2. Warranty Disclaimer
    To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. The Vienna Convention does not apply.

  3. Intellectual Property
    All intellectual property related to the goods remains our property.

  4. Title and Risk
    Title transfers upon full payment. Risk transfers upon dispatch.

  5. Waiver
    A waiver is effective only in writing and signed by RS ONE GROUP.

  6. Entire Agreement
    These terms constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior agreements.

  7. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Victorian courts.
